My client in an acute care hospital less than an hour from Nashville, TN is seeking a Permanent RN Director of Surgical Services to join their team. A BSN and 5 years of leadership experience within surgical services is required. Preferred is a Master's and CNOR Certification. This position includes great benefits and a strong compensation package along with a sign-on bonus.
