Description

Indiana SNF is looking for a COTA for a June start to cover a maternity leave for 12 weeks. Position will cover 2 facilities. SNFs are located about 30 minutes south of Indianapolis and less than 2 hours to Cincinnati - close enough to take in some Reds games during the assignment.
