Description

My client, a Critical Access Hospital located in Southwest New Mexico is seeking a Permanent Director of Plant Operations to join their team. The Director oversees all activities in the Plant Ops Department including maintenance, HVAC, Boiler, and more. A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred as well as 3+ years of leadership experience.
