Description

Pressing need for a Director of Nursing Needed in Rural Southern California Mountain Community. Required is an associates degree in nursing and a bachelor's degree is preferred. Seeking a DON or ADON to assume this position which will report directly to the CNO. The DON will oversee 21 long term care beds and 9 med/surg beds and 30 to 35 FTE's. The position offers a generous base salary, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, 90 days of housing to start, and benefits package. The position is located in the Mountains of Southern California.
