An award-winning, nationally-recognized hospital in Western Pennsylvania is seeking Permanent Onsite Director of Behavioral Health to join their team. You will be working in a stable, growing department while overseeing an experienced team. Leaders with TJC regulatory experience strongly considered for this opportunity, with an emphasis being placed on suicide prevention protocols and workplace crisis intervention. If you happen to be an Adult Inpatient Psych leader looking for career progression into a Director role, your credentials will be considered based upon the parity of environment that you have overseen. Strong people skills and fostering of team camaraderie are integral to this role. BSN and a Master's degree or enrolled in a program are required for this role.
