My client in rural Oregon is seeking a Permanent Director of Nursing to oversee their long-term care facility. To be considered candidates must have a BSN, long-term care nursing experience, and exceptional leadership skills. An MSN is highly preferred, but not required for this position. The DON will report up to the Administrator. Here you will enjoy the four seasons of Oregon in a fantastic area.
