Description

A Home Health facility in Washington needs an experienced Nurse Practitioner for Adult Medicine. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and WA state license. Shifts will be Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm: 3.5 field days, 1 day telemedicine from home office, 0.5 day administrative. Will visit adult group homes, memory facilities, and private homes. Will see 8-12 patients per day (34 per week). Must have at least 2 years of experience and be comfortable with occasional suture/staple removal, I&D, injections. Will utilize eClinical Works EMR.
