Job Description		My client a for profit hospital in Texas is seeking Director of Business Office. In this role, you will be directly responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring systems and procedures for collections and billing related to patient accounts and insurance. Bachelors required with accounting or business administration preferred. Requirements: Minimum of two years management experience in a healthcare setting required; working knowledge of payers and contracts (HMO, PPO, and Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Champus); knowledge of JCAHO Medicare and compliance guidelines; extensive background in Collection Skills and Cash Receipts/ Accounting functions; Business Office Director experience in a for profit environment.
